Michael Head – Executive Director of Rovio – officially confirmed that his team is working on a version of the game for Windows Phone. Unfortunately, when that will happen is not very clear. From AllThingsDigital.com commented that users with Windows phones will have at least several more months to play the game or just on your laptop or smartphone to a friend.
Angry Birds Space was officially presented on 22 March. Currently it can play in Android, iOS, and computers with Windows and Mac. Last week, marketing director of Rovio said that the version for Windows Phone can and ever will, but Head’s comment this week gives us more hope.
Windows Phone Marketplace actually need all the most popular applications to attract new customers. Microsoft recently reported that the number of applications in the store already exceeded 70,000. However, they are not sufficient. Windows Phone should provide not only the quantity but also quality to be able to compete with Android and iOS.
