Dotcom is currently on bail in New Zealand and will soon have to defend against the claim of the United States and the FBI who want him to be extradited and tried for Internet crimes.
Chief has received MegaUpload and other concessions from the judge. Returned is the right to use the pool of wealthy estate where dotcom lived with his family before the attack against him. He now lives in a dwelling which is located near the mansion and now has the right to swim in the pool in 90 minutes a day.
New Zealand judge has allowed the dot-com and making two trips of 4 hours a week to the recording studio in Oakland. It appears that alleged to be the Pirate King recorded a music album, but does not currently know when the compilation will be completed and issued.
In mid-January special forces police in New Zealand stormed the mansion of the dotcom and arrested him after the FBI alert. At the same time were seized servers and domain MegaUpload, and the site virtually ceased to exist.
