I agree! The main problem to new operating systems at that big of a scale (to be able to be used by desktops) is that not many things will support it. Windows and Mac thrive because there are so many programs that are supported for it, but Android would need to get big enough so it could also be supported by a lot of things (like Photoshop, Word, etc.).
