Eight year old boy from Pakistan Shafay Thobani has successfully passed certification exams of Microsoft and became the youngest certified specialist of the company. At the ceremony he received his certification Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS).
The young computer specialist is preparing for the examinations for 13 months, studying network technologies, the system DNS and Internet protocols. As a result, he obtain the result of 91 total points of tests Configuration Microsoft Windows 7 and Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2, which is considered an excellent result.
The father of the child prodigy Thobani Shaw, CEO of IT-company Thobson Technologies, says his son is very smart and can perform complex arithmetic operations in mind, without using a calculator. Each year he gave his son a new task, encourages him to achieve a successful outcome. A Microsoft representative said that before and during the tests the company did not ask questions about the age of the candidates.
The boy began to deal with computers when he was only four years old. Even then, it attracted more electronic games, which occupied his peers. Every day after school Shafay visits and computer courses that last five hours. Boy’s dream is to be employed as a consultant at Microsoft.
